When you're charged
You pay $0.00 when you place your order request. We then email you a secure payment link to save your card. You're charged only if a licensed provider from LocumTele approves treatment, usually within 24 to 48 hours. Your first billing date is the day treatment is approved. Not approved = not charged, and nothing ships.
Your plan is billed monthly for its full length, and each 4-week refill ships only after your provider confirms treatment is still appropriate.

Visits happen through a secure telehealth platform. Your licensed provider reviews your intake before any prescription is issued.

Prescriptions written by LocumTele providers are sent to VSDH, a state-licensed pharmacy, which prepares, labels and ships your medication under an individual prescription. Apollo Vitality is a telehealth platform. It is not a pharmacy and does not compound or manufacture medications.
