Terms of use

Overview

These Terms govern your use of Apollo Vitality's website, eligibility assessment, checkout, support channels and related services, operated by Apollo Vitality. By using the website you agree to these Terms and the policies linked from them.

Healthcare relationship

Apollo Vitality is a technology platform, not a medical provider, and it is not a pharmacy. Medical services are provided by LocumTele, whose licensed nurse practitioners and physician assistants review assessments and write prescriptions. LocumTele is responsible for clinical care, provider licensure and oversight, patient records and clinical policies. Apollo Vitality provides the website, your account and non-clinical support, and cannot influence a clinical outcome. A provider-patient relationship begins only when a licensed provider reviews your information and establishes it. Website content, the assessment, an automated message or a support conversation does not by itself create a provider-patient relationship or guarantee treatment.

No emergency care

Apollo Vitality is not an emergency service. Call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room for an emergency.

Eligibility and accurate information

You must be 18 or older and located in a state we serve. We serve patients in 47 states + DC (see State availability). We do not currently serve patients in Alaska, Mississippi or New Jersey, U.S. territories, or APO/FPO addresses. You agree to give accurate, current and complete information and to update it when it changes.

Provider decisions

A licensed provider decides whether an evaluation, treatment, prescription or follow-up is appropriate. We do not guarantee eligibility, a prescription, a specific product, a particular result or a specific review time.

Pharmacy and medication

Prescriptions are filled after a licensed provider issues a valid prescription. Compounded medications are prepared and dispensed by VSDH, a state-licensed compounding pharmacy, for an individual patient under a prescription from a licensed provider. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved and are not commercially manufactured products. The FDA does not review compounded medications for safety, effectiveness or quality, and they are not equivalent to any FDA-approved brand-name product. Follow the pharmacy label and your provider's instructions. Never share prescription medication.

Payments, renewals and cancellations

You're only charged if a licensed provider reviews your assessment and approves treatment, usually within 24–48 hours. If treatment isn't approved, you aren't charged and nothing ships. 1 Month plans are billed monthly and renew automatically at the same price every month until you cancel. Multi-month plans (3, 4, 6 or 12 Months) are billed monthly for their full length at the monthly price shown, each 4-week refill ships only after your provider confirms treatment is still appropriate, and if your provider stops treatment you are not billed for the remaining months. Cancel anytime before your next refill is prepared, in your account, by emailing hello@apollovitality.com. Refunds are covered in our Cancellation, refunds & shipping policy.

Acceptable use

You may not use the website unlawfully, submit false information, access another person's account, interfere with the service or copy content without permission.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
