What the price covers

Every price on Apollo Vitality is a monthly price, billed monthly, and includes the medication if prescribed, the online visit and provider review, ongoing check-ins and messaging with your care team, and shipping (injectables also include syringes and alcohol pads). Each month is a 4-week supply. There are no hidden fees.

Plans

Some products offer multi-month plans (3, 4, 6 or 12 Months) at a lower monthly price. A multi-month plan is billed monthly for its full length; each 4-week refill ships only after your provider confirms treatment is still appropriate, and if your provider stops treatment you are not billed for the remaining months. You can cancel future months any time before your next refill is prepared.

When you're charged

You pay $0.00 when you place your order request. We then email you a secure payment link to save your card. You're charged only if a licensed provider from LocumTele approves treatment, usually within 24 to 48 hours. Your first billing date is the day treatment is approved. Not approved = not charged, and nothing ships.

Renewals

1 Month plans renew automatically at the price shown until you cancel, and you can cancel any time before your next refill from your account, by emailing hello@apollovitality.com. Your provider checks in before refills.

Insurance, HSA and FSA

We do not accept insurance. Some expenses may qualify for HSA/FSA reimbursement; this is not guaranteed, so check with your plan administrator.

Statement descriptor

Charges appear on your statement as APOLLO VITALITY.
